E is exhausted and on the verge of grave illness (as usual for Edinburgh), but has a good tea supply.

After reviewing these pages, Elise has agreed to open this forum up to her fans. She was supposed to post a link to it on her YouTube video ("down below"), but distractedly posted it on Twitter. I think it will need the YT kiss to start things off. Only time will tell. What is this lock (@01:57)? In what canal was it? What is the name of the street upon which E walks? ---- Looking at Eloise's Fringe page, she has no photo! There is just he default Fringe logo. Oh, you missed that, Elise!

From Elise' answer on YT, she was not saying "lock," but "loch." She was at the entrance of The Meadows, which long ago was the South Lake; it was drained and converted into a park. After perusing the surrounding streets, I finally found where her steps trod: Notice the matching plumbing* at 76 Buroughloch. Since the Streetview camera passed in 2015, a second sign has been attached to the pipes, but is not readable in the video. For those who wish to go down the same street to the park, use this link and take the right street at the fork. When you get to the end of Buroughloch, SV went no farther, so you will have to revert to the arial view of the park. Now if I can just convince Elise to give us the street names in the video in the first place.... ---- *Since all these buildings existed long before indoor plumbing, they all had their drain pipes added externally, which was not exactly a classy architectural feature.
